James Amos, Partner
James Amos has been an industrialist / business entrepreneur for more than five decades. He was an early proponent of promoting healthy lifestyles and behavior modification through the workplace. These interests led to his co-founding TRALE Wellness Technologies to provide employers and employees the tools to begin healthier lifestyles and assist in reducing medical costs.
Robert Finnegan, Partner, VP Operations
Robert Finnegan has been in the managed care industry for over 20 years. He has held senior management positions with PPOs, HMOs, and TPAs in medical management, provider relations, contracting, marketing, and operations. His background also includes administering a fee-for-service plan for 60,000 state employees and their dependants. He has served on the board of organizations engaged in health promotion and health advocacy.
Sean Hale, Partner, VP Technology
Sean Hale has been in the information consulting industry for over 24 years. He has been involved in several technology start-ups and was a founding partner of an Internet consultancy firm in Salt Lake City, UT. He has provided high-availability solutions in such areas as large-scale IP based networks, large-scale messaging and WAN deployments, and the planning, design, and implementation of line-of-business web/database-enabled applications and solutions. His knowledge of application development methodologies, Internet-based technologies, and database design techniques creates a unique approach for TRALE’s programs and applications.
Dan O’Flaherty, VP Sales
Dan O’Flaherty has more than 15 years of experience in sales and business development with over 23 years in the Health/Wellness industry. Before joining TRALE in October 2002, he was Director of Business Development for Wellsource, a developer of wellness technology solutions. He currently serves as TRALE’s Vice President of Sales from the Portland Oregon office. He is responsible for market development, large account acquisitions, and the formation of channels/strategic alliances.
Charity Bishop, Health Education Advisor
Charity Bishop has over 10 years of experience in health education. She has worked professionally in program development with corporate wellness initiatives, community health, and disease management in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Her experiences also include teaching personal health in the university and community settings. She serves various health agencies as a board member and community volunteer.
